Images with alt text aren't being read by search engines

Hello,
The images on my page do not use Alt text; I would like to use the type of Alt text this site uses. On every page and image of my website, there is SEO. I have not tagged them in my SEO. In spite of checking and modifying all web pages repeatedly, the reason remains a mystery. Is it possible to fix this? Is my alt text hardcoded? In that case, how do I do it in JSON?
