Impact Theme - Don't want carousel in product page, can't remove it

Hello.  I am using the impact theme and want to remove the carousel function from media section of the product page.  I find it annoying that it shows all the variants of a product even if some are sold out.  I would either like to remove it all together or somehow only display the options that are available.   The only options provided by the theme editor includes the carousel in some fashion.  Many thanks.

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

I am curious if you can help me with the mobile view?  Currently it lists all variants in the product page on top of each other, resulting in a lot of scrolling for the mobile users.  Is there an adjustment I can make to only show the current variant selected?

yes  please check your theme customization option may be allow this

I've attempted to change every element in the selector and it doesn't change the sizing or the number of the pictures.  I figured the options here would control this, but nothing changes.  I focused on the slider for Expanded and Contained and moving that around doesn't change anything.
