Importing csv file with productcategory and metafiles PROBLEM

I think that there is a serious error with the import product function.  I have a CVS-file with my articles. Shopify does not take the product category wich a double checked already many times:

Eten, drinken en tabak > Drinken > Alcoholische dranken > Wijn

Now it does not give an error, the category is just not imported. As a result the metafields related give an error.

Regel 2-26: Subtype van eigenaar komt niet overeen met de beperkingen van de metavelddefinitie.

Now to proof this is an error from shopify itself I work the other way around.

1.I register the product category in the admin-module and I fill out the meta-fields.

2.I do an export to a csv file of this product

3.Without any change I do an import of this exact file and I get again the same error

Does anybody know a work-around? Or if shopify is listening please resolve this error.

On another subject I notice that the information for the metafields are also very outdated. For product type they put champagne in stead of Sparkling wine. Champagne a DO region not a product-category. Also the wine regions are very incomplete. This makes that a lot of regions cannot be chosen.

Is there any way to insert correct information in the base tables for meta-fields?
