Impulse Theme - Remove h3 from email newsletter signup in footer

Can the h3 be removed from the newsletter email signup in the footer section using the theme Impulse? The "heading" and "text" for the block is not even filled out when editing yet the text "sign up and save" shows up as h3 on every page on every SEO scan. The text ""sign up and save" text does not visually show on the website either. Odd.

We would greatly appreciate being able to remove this.
