Impulse ver. 7.3.1. - Some devices just don't see collection page images on my website

Hi,

We are having some issues with my friends iPhone 13 Pro just not seeing images at all on my website that has the latest Impulse theme ver. 7.3.1. They see it on older versions Impulse theme on different websites. The same thing happens on my friends Mac Book Safari desktop. I and everyone else can see everything just fine on Androids, IOS and MAC OS, but they can't for some reason. The images don't load, don't show up when refreshing the page. What could be the issue here?

The problems is only on collection page.

EDIT: We tried clearing cache, private browser on all devices. Doesn't work
