in my online shop I can't see the right column for customizing my website. I see only left column

in my online shop I can't see the right column for customizing my website. I see only left column. I do following steps:

1. Online shop, 2. themes. 3 customize:

so here I see in the middle of the page a draft of my future website, left to the website there are sections , theme settings and app embeds. BUT: the column to the right of the draft website is missing on my laptop apple air (bought new last week by apple, so it is not my laptop issue).

so lets say if left column I click on colors, it is not opening the column to the right side of the website. any ideas?

and shopify support can see that I do have this column . what to do?

hello Francis, thank u for your swift respond.

my website is still under development. I  followed your instructions: I removed password to make the website public, and there was no problems, I did this inspection for errors as u said and I checked network compatibility.so the problem is still there, I dont see the right column during my customizing mode. I tried from my friend laptop - same , no right column there.

i am not interested in chatting to marketing team as yet.

I wanna try to create the website myself and maybe employ somebody later just for the fine tune of my page.  

I am already half way through. my problem is this column of the Shopify site . this is a link I made so u can see my screen.

i solved my problem, I zoomed down the screen to 90 % and now its there 🙂
