My shopify account is showing inactive and gives no option to reactivate It or explain why It was deactivated to begin with. My website is thedailyfem.com and It will show you an error message when trying to log in! I am frustrated as I just created this account last week. No payments have yet been charged as I am still in the free trial period, but my cards are connected for when It goes live. I would appreciate a call back to speed this process up.

In this situation I would recommend contacting our live support from this page. If you explain to your Support Advisor what you've explained here they will be able to review your account and share the next steps to help resolve any issues. Have you gone through all of the steps I shared? It sounds like you may be stuck on the step where you need to search for your issue. Once you log in to your account you are brought to a page to search for your issue. After searching you should see the option to Get support and the page after that will list the support options. I've included the steps below with some screenshots to help.
