Inactive Store Account

My store account is currently inactive and the website will not allow me to login because it’s an active even when I create a new password so I can’t get around the inactive account. Can someone please assist me? I’ve been doing this for four weeks with no help from Shopify, I would like to in my account if I can’t get any help
