indexing issues since theme change 1 year ago

We changed from a free shopify theme Debut, to a downloaded theme Minmog 1 year ago. indexed pages have been dropping in search console. also google search is pointing to old irrelevant pages instead of new stuff. not sure how to fix or have spmeone look at this. thank you for any reply. dan
