Inherit blocks from context to standard context

Is it possible to change the standard context?

I have designed my store in the context "Norway", hence the standard context remains blank / unedited.

Is it possible to somehow set "Norway" to standard context, so that the other contexts can inherit the blocks from the context "Norway"?

Or is it some other way possible to copy the blocks from the context "Norway" to the standard context so that I do not have to design it all over again in "Standard context"?
