Insert Image button on Dawn blog posts NOT WORKING!

I am having a problem with the Insert Image button on the blog posts in the Dawn theme. It was working fine last week but now it does NOTHING! I can copy and paste an image from a prior post but that doesn't help me!  I do NOT want the featured image which is WAY too big!  In my other posts I was simply able to click that button at the top of the post and add an image, Why has this button stopped working???

Oh BTW, the add video button isn't working either! WTH????

I would love to know the answer to this as well. Why is the option even there if unable to be used. The options appears "grayed out".

The weirdest thing is that neither the insert image NOR the insert video buttons are greyed out. They both show as active but suddenly they just don't do a damn thing. I don't understand WHY they just stopped working!

I CANNOT TAKE THIS ANYMORE! Now the damned LINK button is not working in the Dawn theme blogs! So, now the INSERT IMAGE, INSERT VIDEO AND  LINK buttons DO NOT WORK and NO ONE is helping with this!!! WTF is wrong with this damned theme? It was working fine a week ago! I tried downloading the updated version but there is no way to test these issues without publishing the theme! What kind of crap is this???? Where is the customer service?? Sorry for flipping out, but this is pathetic!!! I'm trying to get a business off the ground and I cannot even get the damned program to work! And you want to CHARGE me for this in another two months??? I don't think so!

I FIXED IT! The issue turned out to be Nord VPN! I had to turn off a whole bunch of settings in the VPN to get the links on the blog posts to work.
