inserting privacy policy link to new customer accounts

Whenever I click on the privacy policy link below this customer account email opt-in form (new customer accounts version ), the privacy policy link takes me to some weird-looking privacy policy page that is not designed by me it contains the same policies but the design is not mine it's a spammy design

How can I add the link to my privacy policy page?
