Instagram bussiness acount is NOT links whatever I do (Instagram Shopping)

Hey guys,

I made a new Instagram account for my store because the old one was an old converted account and that didn't work really. So I made a new one.

I want to get Instagram shopping back on that, but it doesn't link... No matter what I do it doesn't link. I went over the internet, I did everything I could find, linking on desktop doesn't work, link on phone doesn't work, linking is bussiness manager doesn't work.

Did anyone experience this as well? I am going crazy over it

  2. Have you followed our set-up guide for Instagram Shopping to connect your new account? Then, please share more details with us on which steps you have completed so far.
  3. Also, please provide us with screenshot examples of any error messages you are running into.

 The more I look into it it seems that it is just an Instagram bug or it comes by the fact that my account is not trusted yet. I had no problems linking it before

Are you able to provide me with an English translation of the error that you see? I am afraid of misinterpreting or misunderstanding it with the use of a translation tool, so added confirmation from you would be great.

Hey @Olivia the error fixed itself! Afterwards it seems that my Instagram account is to new, it needs more interaction
