Instagram shop 'rejected' every attempt to rectify it is met with error message.

To whom it may concern,

We are experiencing major techinical difficulties with the facebook/ instagram - shopify integration. Unfortunately every-time we have tried to link our instagram to our shopify account we are met with the same error messages (attached).

We have tried everything possible, numerous times to no avail. This is becoming really frustrating as we are small business relying on online sales for our survival.

Please help us to come up with a solution or put us in contact with a HUMAN BEING who can help us with the problem at hand.
