Instagram shop via shopify - Delivery & returns setting

Hi there, looking for help regarding this issue.

 

I just started selling on instagram shop via shopify.

 

Here's the thing - my shopify setting for returns are off and i have manually added my return policy. ( basically all sales are final except damaged, missing goods etc)

 

On my instagram shop for some reason, when i view the product it shows a tab with "Delivery & Return" stating that i accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Note once again, i did not turn on the return policy on my shopify shop.

 

Can someone please assist on how to remove this return settings on instagram shop, your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, @sumcasa !

 

You can edit your website settings for shops on Instagram by going to your profile > Settings > Business > Shopping > Website. There you can select the domain associated with your catalog and submit it for review.

You can customize your return windows in Commerce Manager or the Facebook And Instagram by Meta channel on Shopify. The default return window is 30 days but you can set it to as low as zero days.

I am also having this issue and when I adjust the return days to 0 in my Commerce Manager settings, the Instagram shop still shows "30 day returns".
