I have a frustrating issue with inventory tracking. My products get fulfilled by Printify. There are out-of-stock products in my inventory so through the help of Shopify, I got to learn how to track inventory.
But, there's a problem.
On Printify, it says "All in stock", BUT on Shopify, it says "0 in stock". What's wrong? It's not tracking the inventory correctly.
How can I solve this issue?
Even after asking Printify about this problem, I'm left behind waiting for their response email.

I’m also having this issue. Has anyone figured it out? My TikTok store shows out of stock in everything because of it.
To stop out of stock inventory, unticking "inventory not tracked" is the best way to do this. It's also best to make sure "Continue selling when out of stock" is not ticked. Done in the Bulk Edit section of your products.
