Invoicing App

I have credit card (Stripe) and a manual payment method on my site. I want to automatically send invoices for ONLY those orders that are processed through the manual method (not paid by Credit Card).

I've looked at a few of the invoicing apps, but I can't find one that does what I want. There are hundreds of them, I would think one of them would do this.

Anybody have one in mind?
