IP address could not be found—randomly keeps happening

Hello,

I desperately need help. My website randomly keeps saying that the IP address cannot be found. I have had multiple professionals check my DNS settings and everything is completely correct. From what I can tell, this is only happening with specific Internet service providers, currently it is not working with spectrum. This is the biggest provider in my area and most of my business is local. If I turn off Wi-Fi, my website will load. Can someone please point me into the right direction? This is taking a serious toll on my business. 

Yes, I have cleared cookies and cache. These basic steps have all been taken to resolve this.
