Is anyone else experiencing problems with visitor tracking on Shopify?

this issue started almost a week ago and it is very obvious, we have other apps that show the live visitors as they come to the site and when you check Shopify, it no longer shows the live visitor or even tracks it like before. all pixels are installed correctly and were never changed, sent the issue to Shopify support and their answer basically is they checked and my store is not showing any issues.

is anyone else having this issue latly?

I also have that issue even my some customers are actually visit my store but not showing in the live visitors session and also I run Facebook ads but still no visitors and the said to me that THERE'S A DELAY BUT YOUR LIVE DATA IS SOON APPRE
