Is it normal not to see a 'connected' status for my third-party domain?

Hello, I have a question. I think have connected a third-party domain (hostinger) but I don't know if it's really connected because on some people's settings I saw a green line that says connected. I don't have that green line. It seems like my website works well (other people can see it). I also did some test buy operations and it worked well (other people did it as well). Is it normal that it doesn't show that my domain is connected?

Hi, @MrSm1th.

Thank you for reaching out and posting to the Shopify Community!

Upon navigating to your website, I was able to view it and it is functioning as expected with no error messages. If you've followed the steps to connect a third-party domain to Shopify, with no error messages present, then your domain should be successfully connected.

Based on the screenshot you shared within your Settings > Domains section, your custom domain is set as your primary domain and is working as expected. I've also gone ahead and checked your DNS records through Whois and your A record and CNAME point to Shopify's records.

I'd also like to share our Youtube video on: How to connect a third-party domain that shows the same Domains display section as the screenshot you've shared, indicating that the domain is connected.

I'd also love to learn more about your online business! I noticed you don't have any social media icons displayed on your store. Have you already looked into creating a social media strategy for your business? If not, we have a Shopify Blog resource to get you started: 7 Easy Steps to Create a Social Media Marketing Strategy

Looking forward to hearing back!
