Is it possible to adapt slideshow code to use video instead of image?

Hello, I'm using the refresh theme and I really want to have a video hero section. Is there a way to duplicate the slideshow code and make it run a video instead of an image (true link)? Not looking to do the whole slideshow-changing thing. Just one never changing video on a loop.

You need to create a custom section for it. Either you can create one using coding if you're familiar with coding otherwise you can use app builders that provides you custom section which you can apply onto your website without coding!

I'm trying to find a code solution. I have a code for the video section already, I just don't like that it's fullscreen, and I'm not able to easily put together a solution to make it grid-like (slideshow). I believe someone should know the solution how to interchange the code in the slideshow section.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I just worked on a similar project and had to come up with a custom solution that I wasn't too fond of but similar to your post, I couldn't find much info...
