Is it possible to assign a SKU to a checkout tip?

We export orders from shopify so we can ship them.  we activated the tipping feature on the shopify checkout which is great but when we export the order the line for the tip doesn't have a SKU which causes us a problem importing into out shipping software. is it possible to assign the tip a SKU??
