Is my customer segment creation for discount application correct?

Hello, I am trying to create a customer segment and then apply a discount. The goal is customers will purchase a "12 month membership product" (one time payment) which gives them discounts on items. It sound like this can't be done automatically?

Does this customer segment look correct? I would like for it to contain customers who have bought the specific product within the last 12 months or less ONLY.

Here is the segment I created, I just want to confirm it is correct. Thanks!
