Hi @TheRealExist,

Thank you for reaching out to the Shopify community. I'd be glad to assist you. Could you kindly share your store URL and
password (if it’s password-protected) so I can review it and provide you with an update?

Hi @TheRealExist,

If you received an email from Shopify saying non-compliance, it means that your store might be violating some of Shopify's policies or rules. Shopify and payment gateways have certain requirements, and if your store doesn't meet them, they may issue a warning.

You should check the following to ensure everything is good to go:

  1. Terms and Conditions: Your store should have Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy pages. If these are missing, you need to add them to your store.

  2. Payment Gateway Compliance: If you're using a payment gateway like Mercado Pago or Stripe, make sure you're following their terms and conditions. Each country has its own legal framework for payments and transactions.

  3. Product Listings: Make sure the products listed on your store are legal and not in a restricted category. If you have illegal products, it could lead to non-compliance with Shopify's policies.

  4. App Permissions: If you're using apps that modify your store's functionality, check their permissions. Some apps can cause policy violations and make your store non-compliant.

  5. Shipping Policies: Ensure that your shipping policies are clear and that you're not violating any rules regarding international shipping, if applicable.

If you can’t find any specific issue, you can contact Shopify Support to get more details about what is causing the non-compliance. Your goal should be to make sure your store follows all of Shopify’s rules and policies.
