Is the Spotlight theme mobile responsive?

I am trying to remove the Image of the Image Banner only on computer, not mobile, but I can't figure out how to make the theme responsive.

I used to be able to hide things on mobile before but can't figure it out, might be in a different place or might just be that the Spotlight theme does not allow for responsive changes (I maybe also just be getting confused with Wordpress).

Any suggestions? Maybe it's as simple as a line of code. Thanks!

You can try this code by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Paste the below code at the bottom of the file -> Save
