Is there a way to assign a specific order to products that were filtered by tags?

I have configured the filters by labels but I want that when the products are displayed they have a specific order. I know that with collections it can be done from the backend, but with tags I have no idea how to do it.

You can use metafields instead of tags. I use Shopify Search and Discovery app here
