Is there a way to find out which of my installed Shopify apps is deleting old orders?

Many of my old orders from November 2022 are being deleted from Shopify. I noticed this by watching the Draft Orders page. Old draft orders were coming up to the top. When I open them the message says that order ##### was created from the draft order but was later deleted.  Clicking through to the order number says page not found.

By watching this activity on the Draft Orders page I can see that they're are periods of 1.5 hours or so where several orders are being deleted per minute. Then it stops for a few hours, then deletes another batch of old orders for 1 - 1.5 hours before it stops again.

I suspect a rogue app, but haven't installed any new apps lately and this activity just sta Is there any way to get a log of which app is deleting orders without disabling the apps one by one and disrupting my shop?

Have you checked https://shopify.com/admin/settings/activity ? It may have some relevant info

That page shows some unrelated activity from one of my apps, but nothing about the orders being deleted.
