Is there seriously no live Shopify help anymore???

I used to be able to reach a real Shopify customer support person to ask a question to.  Is that feature now gone?

You can definitely still reach our Support Team via live chat, requesting a callback, or email. You will need to log in and then scroll to the bottom, where you will see a green clickable box saying "Contact Shopify Support." Then you select your store, click a topic, and scroll down to Get Support, where you will see options for live chat, a request for a callback, and an email.
