Is your live view showing zero visitors despite regular sales?

Our live view shows 0 visitors with 0 Active carts, 0 Checking Out, and 0 Purchased but we are getting sales every hour which makes me believe that the Live View is down but Shopify says all their systems are working. Is anyone else experiencing this?

As of today, Shopify received numerous reports of the Analytics > Live View displaying inaccurate data. Our developers are actively working to have this resolved so that your up-to-date store data will populate.  

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to have this fixed. Please keep an eye out on our community forums and social media accounts for an update.
