Issue with add to cart on my website

everytime i click add to cart on my store the page sort of lags and doesnt add to cart unless you refresh the page. can you please help me fix so i can click place in cart and directs me to the cart section

I have got rid of it but nothings changed

it is a bundle app that creates discounts. i have used this for other websites with the same theme and have no issues but this time

I have deactivated the app in every possible way and the issue is still there so i dont think it is the app. I am contacting their support and they are saying it is not there issue if i deactivated everything and the issue is still there

it has definitely got to do with the theme as i have added a brand new website of the same theme and it is doing the same thing but when i use a brand new theme like the dawn theme, the add to cart works perfectly fine. I definitely think its something in the backends of this third party theme i am using if thats the theme codes thats the issue
