Issue with Brooklyn template ( Logo)

I'm having an issue with the logo in the navigation part. It's pixilated, I'm a graphic design by trade, I know what the sizes and DPI's etc. When I contact tech they can't really give me an answer. They just go over the sizes and the pixels, and make sure I have the correct info. They have had me redownload the template again, still the something.


It's white with a transparent background, ( I just added a black ground here just to show you that the logo is NOT pixilated) Who do I contact about this issue? I already have a case ticket. Which company designed this Brooklyn template? Any help would be awesome!

Hope you are doing well.

I am not a designer but as per my experience, you should try to increase/decrease the size of the logo and see if it works for you or not? Maybe the size of the logo is too high that's why it's appearing like this.
