Issue with Newsletter Discount Email Workflow

Hello,

Our store's automatic newsletter discount email isn't functioning correctly. I created a form, but the workflow isn't working, and subscribers are not receiving any emails from us.

I tried searching for others facing similar issues but couldn't find any relevant cases or solutions.

Could you please help with this?

Hello Andreas,

Can you give us more detail? What was automatic about the newsletter. Are you getting emails added to your marketing list once your customers submits it?
What sends the discount email after the fact I subscribe to your newsletter. 
Have you tried doing a test with a different email account by yourself?
I can take a look further if you can provide me access to your store.

I have tested enter different emails on our store to but neither is receiving any emails from the store.

I use "Forms" for our newsletter subscriptions and through marketing --> automations trying to get an automatic email to people signed on for our newsletter. I am not sure this is the corrects way, however it does not work.

In the workflow everything seems okey to me, but obviously it´s not.
