Issue with Shopify tracking and meta pixel

[Pt100]

Hi I have a few issues with my store, 

1. the live view tracking doesn't work. if we have 2 or 3 visitors live on the site, the view dashboard show 0

2. the tracking of daily visitors do not work. we have about 100 visitors/day but the session report show around 5-10 visitors a day?

3. We have also installed a Facebook pixel but the meta pixel helper(chrome plugin) do not identify any pixel

What can be wrong here and how to solve it?
