Issues with Checkout not working

Hey there,

we have run into an issue with our checkout on our store

Some people can’t check out. See recorded screen posted. I also have a screen recording of a customer. It’s not 100% broken but some people can’t checkout. This is a pretty big issue that we need to get resolved. Can someone help me ASAP?
