Item on site shows sold out even though inventory is available

On my site, it looks like an item is showing unavailable even though we have inventory.  See pics.  Can anyone tell me why?

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

 

If the products you add to your store automatically show up as “sold out” on your store, you very likely have to adjust your Inventory Location settings on Shopify.

Is the inventory in stock at the location you opt to fulfill from? You can check this by heading to Settings->Location->mylocation->check the box "Ship from this location":

Thanks for replying. I found out that It's a bug with the Impulse theme.
It looks like they fixed this in a later release.

I am wondering if there's another bug in the Impulse Theme, I'm having a similar issue right now.  Currently have Impulse version 3.2.4 and we're having issues saying that we are sold out when we do have inventory.  How did you find out it was a bug with the theme?  Did you reach out to Shopify staff, or someone else?

A good way to check whether there may be a bug in your theme is to install a fresh version of the theme and check if the issue persists. 

 

If the issue is unresolved on a fresh, unedited copy of your theme, please get support for your theme.

i. For Shopify themes, you can connect with our Support Team.
ii. For paid themes, find the dev's contact information by going to Admin > Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme Settings > Support.

My site has this issue. I have the correct location and the amount is over 100. Yet the image still shows SOLD OUT.

I'm using Spocket for Dropshipping and have the same issue. Also, I'm unable to uncheck "fulfill online orders..." from my default location.

This issue may occur due to a few reasons:

  1. Inventory Syncing issue: If the inventory levels on Spocket and Shopify are not syncing properly, then this could be causing the product to appear as unavailable.

  2. Out of Stock setting: Make sure the "out of stock" setting is not enabled for that product.

  3. Fulfillment Location: The issue with unchecking "fulfill online orders from this location" could be due to the product being set to fulfill from a different location. Make sure to change the fulfillment location to the default one.

You can try reaching out to Spocket support for further assistance or check their knowledge base for any possible solutions.
