Hey all, I'm having an issue on the backend. This issue started yesterday and has happened twice. Once yesterday and once today.
When a Draft Order is marked as paid and sent to the main Orders tab, sometimes a good handful of items inexplicably disappear from the order. We're currently working on replicating the issue. One thing we have noticed is that many of the items which disappear are in a similar family/collection/tag group of products.
These orders are generally very large -- 200-600 items and in excess of $5,000 (before being marked as paid).
I assume that it's being caused by either one of our many apps or Shopify itself. My question is: does anyone have any troubleshooting tips for this? Or is this a known issue?
Not sure which label to pick but I'm going with "Sales Channels" since draft orders are technically just that.
