JS selector for the Add To Cart button

Hi,

I would like to add a on click function to the add to cart button, but I can’t seem to figure out where this object is located. I was wondering if there was a javascript script that could return the DOM object of the ATC button, that would work on all different kinds of themes. If there isnt do you have an idea to point me in the right direction of building one.
