Just can't create a collection and can't change the theme

Hi,

I wanted to create a collection but there is no option, in the products section.

So I thought it was because of the theme I had at the moment, and decided to change it. However I also can not change the theme. 

Can someone help to change these 2 things?

What kind of collection are you trying to create?

when I click on the products bar, does NOT appear anything about colletions.

Hmm. You mentioned that you also were not able to change the theme. Have you added another theme to your theme library?

I just read other questions here and found out it is because i have the starter plan. Should be that reason?
