In one of my customers' online stores, Klarna is not displayed spontaneously for the end customer. I have not yet been able to find out why this is the case. Even with VPN across different countries, I have not been able to reproduce this phenomenon.
Klarna is integrated externally. Not via Shopify Payments. Recently, there have been more and more reports from customers that it is displayed like this.
What could be the reason? Is Klarna already running a background check?
