How to get the Klaviyo back in stock code to work on Prestige 2.0 theme?
Theme Prestige 2.0 v 5.6.2 For www.ful.com we are have added the Klaviyo back in stock code
https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-Shopify
we updated the account.
Unlike the Prestige Theme v 4.14.4 where this code worked perfectly creating the button. When upgrading to the 2.0 Prestige theme we discovered that the code did not create the back in stock button like before. What we found was below the copy on the PDP page "Notify me when available".
We updated this code:
replace_anchor: false
to:
replace_anchor: true
This moved the "Notify Me When Available" text to the top of the copy section. However this also removes the "sold out" button. So not the best user experience. We want the "Notify Me When Available" to show as a button like it did before. We reached out to Klaviyo support which in the past was super helpful in resolving however now Klaviyo support says they do not support custom themes and the theme developer says to contact Klaviyo about their code.
Please note that I have highlighted Notify Me When Available below it does not display with this highlight with the code.
Here is an item that is out of stock for reference:

oh sorry for that issue please check support shopify theme list if custom please contact app support
Thank you for your response we contacted Klaviyo and the theme developer they both said contact the other one! Klaviyo says they only provide support for the free Shopify themes. And Theme Developer Maestrooo for Prestige Theme said to contact Klaviyo because they do not give feedback on other solutions code. I guess I need to find a developer to help with this.
Thank you,
Rose
thanks for update i will check and let yo know
I noticed that you got the back in stock working nicely on your site now. Did you use a developer for this and if so can you recommend one?
Thanks
Anna
yes, please contact Klaviyo Support Team
@emailbydesign Sorry for the slow reply (was launching another Prestige 5.7.0 the Shopify 2.0 upgrade for another client this week) Yes I ended up hiring a developer who updated the code.
@KetanKumar I contacted Klaviyo support and they told me they do not support any purchase themes only the free themes.
@emailbydesign you might find this helpful you can go a product page for www.ful.com and view the code (on mac - this is command, option,U and then review the code / compare the code to your site.
oh sorry for that issue
It can be done by doing some code customization. Please take the help of a developer and hire Shopify Expert
