can somebody help me?

I created a new webpage for our giveaway with a klaviyo embedded form.

But the form loads super slow on phone and laptop.

someone mentioned that our page has to many codes but I am looking for someone to fix this on our Shopifypage.

klaviyo embedded form loads slow on page
