Known javascript malware found on shopify store. Help

Some of my customers were getting a Macafee warning about an unknown certificate error when trying to visit my site. Screenshot attached.  Appears its an issue with Mcafee + century link. When I spoke with Century link they said I need to talk with Mcafee but also said they found malware on my website? I did a search and found that on https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/my site comes back with the following errors. Screenshots attached. Is says Known javascript malware: entry/MW:IFRAME:HD28?ge1

Please help
