Hi! I cant switch my help center language to english. I dont know where the problem is, but i can switch to any other language, just not english, so i cant contact the support

To ensure this is not related to a broswer error, I'd encourage you to attempt some local troubleshooting steps. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed these steps below for you to attempt to see if this helps to resolve: 


  • Clear your Cache and Cookies.
  • Access the shop in an Incognito Tab. 
  • Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  • Try Another Device. 
  • Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App. 
  • Try Restarting your device.
  • Make sure your device is Up To Date. 


After completing all of the outlined steps above, you can follow this direct link to our Support Page to see if English as a language populates for you.

  • Head over to our Contact Page.
  • Log into your shop.
  • Enter Contact Support into the chat box.
  • Select Chat with a Support Advisor.
