Laptop display not acquiring theme formatting; Coding error?

HELP! I am working on adding a collection list page for Home Fragrances using the Dawn theme. I inserted code into base.css to center justify the collection list title. Now, after saving and refreshing, it looks like I messed up some of the coding. Is anyone able to compare/inspect and see what is causing this issue? Thank you!
