Liquid, return equal of 50USD in currency of the active shopify payments currency

Hi.

I bought a theme and it has a huge problem. the language json file has written

"free_shipping_subtitle": "Shipping costs",

"free_shipping_value": "Free shipping over $ 50",

the money is hardcoded... i am translating right now the theme into japanese, and I don't know how to do that correctly. because there are users in Japan that use english language and they will see 50$ instead of 7500 Yen
