Liquid Variable related to Market on Order Email Template

I'm editing the standard email notification templates, specifically the Order Created template, and I'm trying to use Liquid to add some data related to the market in which the order was placed. What I want ultimately is to have an address field for every market in my shop, and then display this address along with a VAT number in the email that gets sent to a customer when they place an order.

It seems based on this that there isn't a way to reference the market in email templates, altho I see there is a Liquid object for markets. Has anyone dealt with a similar problem and come up with a clever fix?
