Local delivery options configuration issue

Hello,

I’m facing an issue with the delivery options setup. While the local delivery option appears to work correctly, if someone places an order within a 2-mile radius of the shop, two options show up: "2-day delivery" and "Same-day local delivery."

Is there a way to make only one option available in this case? Ideally, if someone is local, only the "Same-day local delivery" option would be shown.

To show only the "Same-day local delivery" option for customers within a 2-mile radius, you can adjust the delivery settings in Shopify. Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings > Shipping and delivery in your Shopify admin.
2. Under Local delivery, click Manage rates.
3. Make sure your 2-mile radius is set for "Same-day local delivery."
4. For the "2-day delivery" option, you can adjust the delivery zone to exclude the 2-mile radius, so it only shows for customers outside of that area.

This should make only the local delivery option available for those within the radius.

Thanks a lot for your reply. 

Regarding local delivery, I do not have option to manage rates but radius is set up for 2-miles. 

Regarding "2-day delivery" option, I cannot add any option regarding the radius. 

The "2 day delivery" is created under General shipping rates tab (inside Shipping and delivery) and local delivery is created under "local delivery" tab/option. 

Shall I create both under "local delivery" settings?

Also noticed, that there is no option on my side to exclude 2-mile radius.
