I'm locked out of one of my two Shopify sites. I have contacted Shopify Support twice via chat. The issue has been bumped up to a security team (or whatever they call it) and they were to connect back with me via email. Its been four days during the Christmas season and nothing.
My computer crashed and needed a system software update but now Shopify doesn't recognize my fingerprint and none of the recovery codes works. NONE! And I am getting no help with getting back into the my site from Shopify.
Anyone have any ideas on how to light a fire under Shopify and get some help?! Shopify is great...until its NOT!
