Locked Out of Shopify Admin Account

I am unable to access my account. I have attempted for 6 plus hours using the live chat. It continues to tell me to click on the account support link but the link is not clickable. When I select the store I continue to get the message that I don't have access to view page. I have also tried all suggested troubleshooting advice. I seriously need to speak with someone who can assist me. Can you please escalate my issue to a person who can assist me?
