Login JSON Template in Theme Editor returns an error "There's a problem loading this page"

Hello Shopify Community,

Bernard here from WeeklyHow, one of my students have encountered an error where JSON templates specifically login.json do not load in the theme editor. One thing to note is that other JSON templates are working like 404.json, article.json, etc. This only happens for customer JSON templates.

We would truly appreciate if someone would shed light into this matter.
